REPAIRS: We stand behind the craftsmanship of these jewelry designs and will repair or replace any item that is found to be defective free of charge, including return shipping.  Please allow 2-3 weeks turn around time.  Pre-arranged exceptions may be made.  We do not offer refunds, however we will gladly exchange a piece, within 30 days of purchase, provided the piece to be exchanged is in NEW-unworn condition.
